Doromole Slub Yarn シリーズの生地についてです。
この生地は表面にのる濃い茶色が落ちて下地の薄い茶色が出て来ると
濃淡のある色落ちがつきます。もちろんデニムのように激しく着用すれば
もっと荒い色落ちやヒゲなども付く生地になります。
縦糸と横糸の太さが違う糸で織られた10oz 位のcotton 100％生地です。
Regarding the fabric used in the Doromole Slub Yarn series.
This fabric ages and develops over time in various shades of color as the dark brown on top fades and the lighter brown underneath becomes visible.
Just like with denim, the more you wear it and the ‘rougher’ you treat the fabric will fade more dramatically and develop discoloration that appears at the base of the thighs in streaks like cat ‘whiskers’.
This is an approximately 10 oz 100% cotton fabric, with different thickness in the warp and weft.
